Couples Therapy

Many couples struggle with effective communication, lost intimacy, doubts about trust, repetitive arguing, or lonely distance from their partner.  Couples therapy can help you rebuild a lost connection or strengthen your most important relationship.  Therapy sessions provide a safe space for couples to practice new skills and explore deep relational intimacy.

How I Work With Couples

I tend to blend a combination of Communication Skills Training and Emotionally Focused Therapy when working with couples.  I have found that providing my clients with simple and proven techniques for healthy communication allows for immediate growth within their relationships.  When a couple is ready, I integrate deeper, more emotional work into the sessions to help clients reach their goals for increased connection, trust, and intimacy.
